Toucan’s Ale House | Brunswick, CA
We handled the complex restoration of the fire-ravaged ale house in less than three weeks. Our team stepped in to transfer all contents to clean zones, sanitize remaining contents, replace compromised ductwork, and repair or replace roof, masonry, and parapet walling.

Exterior and interior fire damage
Detailed Services Performed
Step 1
Upon discovery of the extent of the damage, our team performed extremely well in getting in and out inside 17 days. Our assessment included as follows:
An electrical fire occurred between the interior kitchen wall and exterior utility room wall. Soot and contaminants were clearly present in ductwork as well as on all surfaces and contents. The exterior masonry and parapet wall was compromised by fire damage as well as FD overhaul.
Step 2
The team identified on-site “clean zones” early in the process and stored all contents in these zones for the duration of the project.
Step 3
The remaining contents that could not be moved were thoroughly sanitized from all contaminants, including any stationary surface areas.
Step 4
With a section of the ductwork also compromised, the team set about complete removal and replacement of the ducts. The roof, masonry, and parapet wall were repaired or replaced. Upon departure, our team left Toucan’s fully ready to get back to business.
